Event Details - Max's Oyster Festival
Sunday, August 3rd, at Rosedale Farms and Vineyards, Max Catering will host a traditional Oyster Festival featuring Chef Hunter Morton and Chef Steve Michalewicz of Max Catering and Events, the Connecticut Restaurant Association's 2016 winner for Best Caterer, as well as the teams from Max's Oyster Bar and Max Fish. Enjoy live music (TBD) and slurp some oysters.
Adult tickets are $89 (or $104.20 inclusive of taxes and fees), granting access to a fresh raw bar with oysters and chef specialties by Hunter Morton and the Max Catering Team.
Child tickets are $15 before taxes and fees (or $23.76 inclusive of taxes and fees), providing delicious options like hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, cookies, and lemonade. We look forward to celebrating with you and creating lasting memories for the entire family.
Cash bar (or credit card) will be available for sale and includes offerings of local craft beers, spirits, specialty cocktails, and Rosedale Wines.
This event has two seatings - choose a 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM reservation time at checkout.
Limited seating and tables are available under our tent; lawn chairs and blankets are recommended. A valid driver’s license or government-issued I.D. is required for entry and no outside beverages may be brought to the farm. Max's Catering and/or Rosedale Farms reserves the right to restrict or deny service of alcoholic beverages at their discretion.
