The Max Chef to Farm dinner series presented by Rosedale Farms is an opportunity for guests to enjoy the freshest foods and produce in the sublime beauty of our celebrated farms. Each dinner is cooked from scratch and showcases the best ingredients, which are sourced from local farmers, fishermen, and food artisans. Our menus vary and are dependent on the day's harvest and the inspiration of the Chef.


Prepare yourself for an incredible dining experience with the most local, fresh, and flavorful foods.






SWEET SUMMER FLAVORS AT OUR CORN DINNER


On our Connecticut Farms, July means Corn. Join us for this fan favorite and get some corn at the height of the season. Corn is a hallmark of Rosedale Farms & Vineyards and with Chef Hunter Morton, Culinary Director for Max Hospitality, this translates the summer’s most beloved harvest into a feast inspired by the season.


The ticket price is $129, not inclusive of booking fees and State sales taxes.


Enjoy a night out on the farm as we pay homage to the golden goddess of the season.
