The Max Chef to Farm dinner series is an opportunity for guests to enjoy the freshest foods and produce in the sublime beauty of Rosedale Farms & Vineyards. Each dinner is cooked from scratch and showcases the best ingredients, which are sourced from local farmers, fishermen, and food artisans. Our menus vary and are dependent on the day's harvest and the inspiration of the Chef.

This event has two seatings - 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM
The Max Chef to Farm Oyster Fest is an exceptional opportunity for guests to enjoy the freshest seafood and farm-to-table delights in the breathtaking setting of Rosedale Farms & Vineyards. Each dish is prepared from scratch, showcasing the finest oysters, seafood, and local ingredients.
Our menu is inspired daily by the harvest and the creativity of our talented Chefs, ensuring a unique culinary experience every time.
Whether you're a food lover or looking for a fun day out with the family, this event promises a memorable experience for all ages.
All oyster shells will be donated to CORR (Collective Oyster Recycling & Restoration), an environmental non-profit organization dedicated to supporting shellfish restoration projects in Long Island Sound.
The ticket price is $89 for adults and $15 for children under 12, not including booking fees and state sales taxes.

All dietary needs must be communicated upon purchase. If you surprise us with a food restriction upon your arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may not have the resources available.
