The Max Chef to Farm dinner series is an opportunity for guests to enjoy the freshest foods and produce in the sublime beauty of Rosedale Farms & Vineyards.Each dinner is cooked from scratch and showcases the best ingredients, which are sourced from local farmers, fishermen, and food artisans. Our menus vary and are dependent on the day's harvest and the inspiration of the Chef.

Argentine Asado


Join us for an authentic Argentinian-inspired farm dinner featuring rustic, slow-cooked BBQ. Indulge in grilled beef cuts like bife de chorizo and tira de asado, complemented by vibrant chimichurri, fresh bread, simple salads, and rich Malbec. Emphasizing patience, fire, and skill, this sophisticated gathering celebrates the art of grilling and the pleasure of enjoying fine food and wine in a relaxed, adult-only setting.


The ticket price is $129, not inclusive of booking fees and State sales taxes.
