The Max Chef to Farm dinner series is an opportunity for guests to enjoy the freshest foods and produce in the sublime beauty of Rosedale Farms & Vineyards. Each dinner is cooked from scratch and showcases the best ingredients, which are sourced from local farmers, fishermen, and food artisans. Our menus vary and are dependent on the day's harvest and the inspiration of the Chef.

 Join us for our Barrel & Brew Fest. Set against the backdrop of fall’s natural beauty, Barrel & Brew Fest is a spirited gathering celebrating the diverse flavors, talents, and traditions of the season.

While craft beers will still play a vital role, this festival embraces a broader experience featuring artisanal foods from local purveyors, handcrafted crafts, live music, and seasonal delights. 

 Come for the fun, stay for the connection, and toast to a harvest season like no other.


General Admission: $69(excluding taxes and fees).

Designated Driver: $32.50(excluding taxes and fees).



A portion of each ticket sold goes to Journey Home, whose mission is to ensure a home for all. They’ve spent more than a decade committed to ending homelessness in Connecticut’s Capital region by working with service providers, elected officials, businesses, and local communities.
